Meet The Team
Every employee of Court Services of Utah has successfully completed the Utah Police Academy and are fully certified through POST as Peace Officers. They are required to participate in and pass the same training every year that any other Police Officer or Sheriff Deputies are required to complete. We have Deputy Constable's that are also POST Firearms, Defensive Tactics, and Emergency Vehicle Operations instructors. Our command staff has over 50 years of combined Law Enforcement experience. All of this is part of what makes us not just the largest Constable agency in the state, it also makes us the best.
Danny brings over 16 years of law enforcement and security experience, starting as a Deputy Sheriff in 2009 before joining the company as a Deputy Constable in 2017. Danny was appointed as the Provo City Constable in 2025, and serves as the President of Court Services of Utah. Danny truly cares for all of his Deputies and one of the highlights of his career with CSU is the privilege of helping to give new officers a helping hand in getting ready and kicking off their Law Enforcement career. Off duty, he enjoys outdoor adventures with his family and dog.
